(Note: Cory’s monologues were designed to be paired with Hannah’s) “An Awesome Indie Script” by Lindsey Rosin Hannah finally returns my call -- and I grovel and I explain that the only reason I told a beautiful girl like her that I was a producer was because I didn't think I would have a chance otherwise. Cause she’s seriously the sexiest, most down to earth girl I’ve ever met in this town – which seriously might be true. And I told her that she has real star power, you know, the X Factor… and I “came clean” and told her that the truth is that I’m really an aspiring screen writer and I've got a fresh new indie script that I haven’t even finished yet, but I said it’s already been generating a lot of buzz. People are starting to get hyped about it and in it there’s this sexy Juno-type character as the lead, but way hotter than Juno – and I told her that when I am done with it, which I said would be soon, I told her I hoped she’d consider playing the lead part, which she’s obviously be perfect for, cause Hannah pretty much is perfect... Basically, I played the vanity card and I appealed to her sense of the, ah, struggling artist. You know, like, we’re both at the bottom of the ladder now, but we’ll move up together. I’ll be the writer, she’ll be the actress and it’ll be… beautiful. Or whatever And she totally bought it. Crazy bought it. And we hooked up finally— and she's like wow -- and I really like her, like, like like her, seriously. But the only problem is, well, ah – do you know anyone who has an awesome indie script lying around?
